Working Groups

Working Groups are a type of Network Initiative - multi-disciplinary groups working towards common goals. Working groups bring together diverse expertise to tackle specific challenges and opportunities in regenerative finance.

As Network Initiatives, working groups operate autonomously while maintaining alignment with ReFi DAO’s mission, vision, and values. They may receive financial support through the Network Initiatives funding pool.

Starting a New Working Group

Interested in starting a new working group? Working groups are Network Initiatives, so follow the Network Initiative onboarding process:

1. Become a Network Member - Sign the Community Covenant
2. Join ReFi DAO Global - Apply to become a Core Contributor
3. Submit a Proposal - Create a proposal on Gardens requesting funding (up to 3,000 USDGLO)
4. Launch and Integrate - Once approved, launch your working group and integrate with network coordination
